Deadline to return entries is Wednesday 6th September 2017.
We’re circulating the form early as you may wish to sort out your entries before the summer holidays as the deadline falls in the first week back to school – we won’t be able to extend the deadline as we’ll need the time to sort out entries, heats & timeline so do please make sure you return entries in plenty of time so that no one is disappointed and misses out.

Either email your completed entry form to me at firstname.lastname@example.org with payment by BACS or alternatively hand your completed form with cheque payment to a coach or poolside helper. We’d prefer no cash payments but if it’s easier please ensure form & correct cash payment are in a clearly marked and sealed envelope.
Coaches/Poolside Helpers – As of tomorrow night (Monday 3rd) there be a blue plastic wallet file inside our white attendance register clearly marked ‘Club Gala’ if you cold please place all entries & payments received in there and they’ll be collected each week.
