Swimmers benefit from Morris Dancing

The four pictured said it was ‘pre-race teamIMG_20150125_162610 bonding’ but watching from the stands it looked more like Morris Dancing but whatever, it certainly did the trick as Welshpool High 12-13yrs came away with Gold in the Urdd 200m Medley Relay. All four swimmers – Mitchel Hunt, Carwyn Owen, Morgan Bowen & Joel Pryce – regulars at Sharks.
